Includes a base plate with the following components: event counter, sonic alarm, microswitch, two pushbutton switches, and four opto-isolated input/output modules (two input, two output). Base plate, wires, and connectors are included. The base plate has a space reserved for the mounting rack which is part part of the Accessory Expansion and Sensor Interface Package ( TCM-ACC).

The Experimenters Kit is used for learning robot interfacing in either an academic setting or an industrial program, and is designed to support student transition into production applications. the kit can also be used as an adjunct in development work for such tasks as simulation or quick checkout of feasibility.

Part Number:  10124 - TCM-ACC Accessory Expansion and Sensor Interface Package

The chassis for the Accessory Expansion and Sensor Interface is installed beneath the TeachMover. The device contains a printed circuit board with logic for expanded program storage capability and additional input and output control. It is factory-assembled and tested.

Program memory capacity sufficient for 126 program steps is provided in non-volatile EEPROM. Unmodified TeacMover program capacity is 53 steps.
The device includes and optically-isolated mounting rack with space for 5 input and 3 output modules, which are used to provide input of sensor information and out of control commands. The standard package includes one input and one output module.
