Pneu-Trol pressure compensated constant flow valves are exceptionally accurate in maintaining constant flow with pressures up to 3000 PSI. Non-Adjustable units provide exact factory set output gallonage, regardless of inlet pressure up to rated limit. Adjustable valves permit infinite adjustment of output gallonage independent of inlet pressure, and may be adjusted under pressure. The compensating action of these valves results from a fixed diameter orifice or an adjustable orifice at the intake end and a series of variable orifices at the output end. Flow through the variable orifices is controlled by a spring and piston.

Series 4 - Non-Adjustable Standard with Free Reverse
Series 4 Pneu-Trol pressure compensated valves feature a free reverse flow, which allows maximum return flow with minimum pressure drop.

The Pne-Trol G1-2*S stack-type gauge isolator valve permits up to 9 hydraulic circuits to be read on one gauge. Stacking the gauge isolator valves saves space. Using one gauge to read many circuits reduces instruments expense. The Pneu-trol gauge isolator valve also prevent excessive surge damage to the gauge as well as acting as a snubber to prevent or reduce damage to other components. It is simple to operate: depressing one of the stack knobs allows the fluid in that particular circuit only to flow around the spool to the gauge. When the knob is released the spool is spring returned to the closed position allowing the fluid to drain from the gauge.

The Pneu-Trol pilot operated shut off valve designs assures quick, positive system closure with small pilot volume. Yet, when the pilot pressure is relieved, smooth oversized internal passages give instantaneous and complete venting of compressed air. This allows compressor motors to start without compressor head pressure. Valve operates by applying a pilot pressure against a diaphragm. As the diaphragm pressure is increased, the diaphragm closes off the system to exhaust or vent, allowing the system pressures to build up. When the pilot pressure is relieved on the diaphragm, the diaphragm opens the system to vent. Thus when the compressor motor is started, pilot pressure from the motor or other secondary source closes off the compressor system from exhaust or vent. When the motor stops, the pilot pressure is relieved and the compressor also relieved
